From his large work with corporations, he pioneered Viral Change™, the new global standard for large-scale, peer-to-peer behavioral change. Leandro has written eight books on leadership and change, is an acclaimed speaker, and has a large community of followers on his “Daily Thoughts" blog and LinkedIn. I have his book The Flipping Point — short flips of perception that compel different thinking.
