Yeah... sometimes we have to make sure that our youngsters stay the course. I can tell you right now that once they start to see a little success they will get comfortable. That is where dreams go to die. Comfort.
So what do we do? We hold them accountable and make sure that they stay the course. Just like we would want someone to do for us. They don't know what they don't know. Here's what I asked the youngman over here.
