I am excited for you all to meet my personal trainer Logan Sandate. You all have heard my perspective when it comes to working out, strength training, and getting ready for some amazing hiking this summer! Now it's time for you all to hear from my trainer and hear what it's been like from her perspective to train and get me ready for the trails.
