Hiya! Here we're discussing more info about the upcoming 90 Day Slay! Challenge that we're starting on April 1st! Already have a lot of participants, so reach out if you're looking to join! Oh, and did I mention it's FREE! Yeah, all you have to do is put your best effort forth (or not, really, it's up to you), and be willing to be on the podcast a time or two.

It's basically just three months of workouts, weekly and monthly checklists, and support from me and the community (as much as you want) in an effort to get you lookin and more importantly FEELIN hot to trot this summer! Or maybe winter, if you're in Australia. Don't wanna be a dick to my mates.
