About a year ago, I experienced a type of A/V Entrainment prior to my monthly float therapy and it was amazing! But since then, I haven't been able to find a practitioner who offers this modality. Well today, I'm talking with Teresa Eggleston about her offerings, which include A/V Entrainment, Lifespan Integration and Body Based Trauma therapies. We explore the levels of trauma that we can experience and how even a seemingly positive life can have hidden traumas wrapped up in it that we need to find and unpack. We live in a very thought based world and sometimes don't even realize that we've disassociated from our bodies. These modalities can help you create a stronger bond with the Self and show us how to get back in our bodies. We also touch on how to build stronger conversational skills and the psychological importance of our first archetypical story of challenge. The story of our birth.
