Alicia is a wife, mom and an online biblical health coach. Her career consists of about 16 years in the health and fitness industry that ranges from teaching group fitness classes to being a certified personal trainer to most recently becoming an online health coach 2 years ago. She is currently working on her nutrition coaching certification and has spent a lot of her own health journey developing a better relationship with food through mentorships for her own struggles with food and dealing with an autoimmune disease.

Her expertise is in helping women who follow Jesus and who want to lose weight or to get rid of food addictions/behaviors. She is doing this by helping to walk with them in renewing their spiritual identity in Christ and bringing real food education into play in a world where there is so much confusion and noise around food habits. By doing this it will be to remind them what God's original purpose is for their lives and the role God designed food to play in our lives to help us accomplish our callings.

Her passion is to help the church be more equipped to be free from food struggles that may have been caused from past trauma, abuse, neglect or just lack of knowledge in that arena so that they can have a clear path to a life God has designed for us and calls us to live so we can enjoy a healthier spirit, soul and body in order to do our kingdom work! Ephesians 2:10
