It was a crisp Halloween night in 2001, and Penn State student Cindy Song was ready

and dressed for a night of fun—bunny ears perched on her head, a fluffy cotton tail

completing the look. She celebrated with friends at a college bar in downtown State

College, Pennsylvania. But by the time the sun rose on November 1st, Cindy was gone.

Vanished without a trace. No sign of a struggle. No clear suspect. Just an eerie mystery

that would baffle investigators for decades.

Her case would eventually lead to whispers of a terrifying connection—one that involves

a serial killer with a backyard graveyard, a conman, and a tangled web of crimes that

sent shockwaves through Pennsylvania. So what really happened to Cindy Song? Was

she simply in the wrong place at the wrong time? Or is there something even darker

lurking beneath the surface?

In this episode of Koltergeist, we unravel the disappearance of Cindy Song and the

chilling crimes of Hugo Selenski. Buckle up, because this one takes some unexpected

turns.
