New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is asking authorities in India to assist with the extradition of a man wanted for allegedly killing a mother and her son in Maple Shade in 2017. Prosecutors in Burlington County have filed charges against Nazeer Hameed in the killing of Sasikala Narra and her son Anish. Hameed moved to India six months after their killings, and police say DNA evidence from the scene matches a sample police obtained from his company issued laptop.
