The NHL season is now underway for real, and each team is now playing for keeps. Its still early, but we all know that missteps in the early days can spell disaster in April so every point counts.

In this episode we're going to cut to the chase and review the Leafs first 3 games, but first we kick things off with a brief introduction to us and our show. Every season brings new listeners, so we wanted to share a bit about us, and how our Podcast came to be with the new members of our Ladies Talkin' Leafs community. Welcome to everyone!

With introductions out of the way, its time to get into the latest Leafs news. With the regular season, we are back to our usual show format beginning with the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, where we spotlight a defensive stalwart, a young power forward, as well as a few early areas of concern.

Then for our first regular season LTL Highlight Reel, we celebrate a newcomer who has made an immediate and passionate impact, the defensive strides the team has made so far, and continue our love-in with the goalies.

To wrap things up, we take a deep dive into the NHL and Leafs' schedules, highlighting some important dates, notable games and potential road trips for the coming season.

Ah, its sure awesome to have meaningful games on the calendar, knowing there will be hockey to watch every week for the next six months and beyond! This is an interesting time for the Leafs, as they make Berube's new system their own. There will be ups and downs no doubt, but it is already apparent that the foundation is being built. Go Leafs Go!
