In this episode, we welcome Kim McDevitt, the Executive Director of Mental Health America, who brings over 20 years of executive leadership and management experience to the organization. Under her guidance, Kim has forged impactful partnerships with donors, resulting in transformational gifts that have advanced the goals of non-profits across Lancaster, Lebanon, and York Counties.

Before her current role, Kim served as Chief Operations Officer for the Lancaster Housing Opportunities Partnership and was the Executive Director of Power Packs Project, where she successfully expanded the organization into two additional counties. As a recognized mental health expert and advocate, Kim has shared her insights on both national and international platforms.

A graduate of Millersville University and a resident of Manheim Township, Kim is actively involved in her community, serving on the Hunger Free Coalition, the Executive Board of MHA of Pennsylvania, and chairing both the Charity and Scholarship Committees of Daughters of Penelope. She also leads the Lancaster County Suicide Prevention Coalition.

Throughout her career, Kim has received numerous awards for her contributions, but her proudest role is that of a mother to four children and grandmother to four grandchildren. Join us for a compelling discussion on mental health advocacy, community impact, and the power of leadership!
