Today, we are going back to the basics. We know how hard the struggle is to round up the courage to start a community from scratch. If you have listened to our podcast for any amount of time, then you have heard us talk about conflict resolution and all the many frustrations and problems that challenge us as leaders. Why is it worth it? Join us as we unpack why building a close knit community is soooo worth the effort!

John 15:12-13 "My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends."

Hebrews 10:24-25 “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
