Awareness, Faith and Flexibility: Influence Through Music - Part 2 - LM0230
Manage episode 319889055 series 1208194
Coming to Christ moves us into God's Kingdom, but doesn't immediately remove us from our history, culture, or customs.
Just as the mixture of influences in Brazil influenced how Brazilian music developed, they also play into how Christians live out the Gospel. And as we begin to understand God works in and through our disparate cultures, we begin to see the incredible tapestry He's weaving together as He calls people from every nation, tribe, and tongue into His Kingdom.
Listen as Davi Almeida shares what God is doing in Brazil and how he believes that the Church in Brazil is poised to preach to the nations.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- There's astounding value in having a culture with blended heritage.
- There's a lot for us to learn from people who are different from us.
