Over 48% of adults in America suffer from some form of cardiovascular disease so it is more common than you might think. In this episode Peyton talks about his journey with discovering and navigating his heart disease. He also talks about how he manages his pacemaker while running marathons, surfing and skating and how your life changes when you are suddenly faced with your own mortality.
