Hear how his background as a first-generation college student and a closeted gay Mexicano shaped his commitment to equity in education.
Discover his unexpected professional path, which led him from a Fortune 500 company to pursuing his master’s and ultimately an Ed.D. culminating in him being named the prestigious 2025 Dean’s Medalist.
