Have you ever had thoughts, worries, or fears that keep you up? I am sure we all have lost a good night or two of sleep because of the worry of meeting a deadline.
But what about days, weeks, months, or more? What drives our minds to the point that it won’t stop for a moment so we can rest and get back to the worry. Why does it persist? Is it really possible for the worries or fears we have to keep us wired for prolonged periods of time?
This was me almost a year ago.
