IN this series we’re going to talk about:

1.Recognize your overwhelmed and need help

a.How to know if you are behind or not

2. Prioritize your backlog Compile all of those tasks in one place and categorize them by priority, urgency or complexity.”

Homeschooling Through a Crisis

Determine:

    • what’s MOST important
    • Of secondary importance
    • Tertiary importance.
    • Create an Eisenhower Matrix
      • First Quadrant: Do -3 ADAY
      • Second Quadrant: Decide
      • Third Quadrant: Delegate
      • Fourth Quadrant: Disregard

3. Setting the stage: Create Cues, rhythms and routines

4. Follow the 2 minute rule

    • Hyper focus – “What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it, everything else will be easier or unnecessary?
    • Just say no

5. Getting rid of distraction

6. place for everything and everything in its place

7. 15 minute Re-sets!
