Hello dear soul,

Whether you're an INFP personality type or simply facing mental health challenges, in today’s journal entry I encourage us to clean up our spaces as a way to boost our mental well-being.

As our inner mental space gets further away from a healthy state, we can notice that our outer physical space can start to become disorganized and chaotic. Then when we think about starting to clean up, we can feel overwhelmed and anxious! Not a great combo.

So, today I share small practical ways we can start cleaning up our rooms as a way to empower ourselves and spiral upwards to better mental health!
