You may have heard the saying that "Your results are an exact mirror of your thoughts." It's true! In fact, roughly 95% of your choices and habits are driven entirely by your subconscious mind. What that means is that our unconscious mind is largely calling the shots, and if you're not liking the results you're seeing in some area of your life, it's likely because your subconscious beliefs and identities are not in alignment with the results you'd like to have.

So...how can you befriend your subconscious mind and create better and more aligned results in your life? That's exactly what this episode is all about! I'm joined by Master Coach, Reese Evans, who is experienced in a variety of techniques -- like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), hypnotherapy, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) -- to aid clients in reprogramming their subconscious beliefs.
