The latest San Diego real estate news stories are reporting a drop in pending sales and a housing sales slow down in general. This is misleading and I go into detail to explain exactly what this means and why it is bad news for home buyers.
I also go over several potential causes of a future change in the real estate housing market which could benefit home buyers and bring balance back to the real estate market in San Diego and the rest of the country.
