She wants advice on how to manage her anxiety. Nancy advises her to download an app that will aid her to find her people. Nancy also tells her to try volunteer work and reach out to others with similar interests as her. Tune in to discover how you can find your own community anywhere.
Our inspirational guest Graham Finochio grew up with an abusive father. At just 10 years old he made the choice to start doing drugs. He would struggle with his addiction until he got into a fight that would cause him to go to prison for 15 years. During his last three years Graham would have a change of heart and begin going to group therapy and seeking guidance. When he got out, he was lucky enough to meet the love of his life who had a son that he could mentor. Tune in to learn how Graham was able to overcome his many challenges and triumph over his obstacles.
Perhaps you fear the unknown in your everyday life. Maybe you have anxiety about the possibility that situations may go wrong at any given moment. Setting your fears aside and facing each day with a positive outlook is a great example of what it means to live full out.
