The Cincinnati Reds dominated the Detroit Tigers 11-1 on Saturday afternoon behind a strong all-around performance. Elly De La Cruz electrified the game with two highlight-reel moments: a 98 mph relay throw to nail Javier Báez at the plate, followed by a towering solo home run off Jack Flaherty. The Reds exploded for six runs in the fifth inning, highlighted by a grand slam from Tyler Stephenson that chased Flaherty from the game. Matt McLain added a three-run homer later, while Brady Singer delivered six strong innings before the bullpen closed it out with three perfect frames. Cincinnati now looks to take the series in Sunday’s rubber match.
