Today we said "Aww Yeah!" to Richard Candow, a.k.a. RC3, who you may remember was a guest on our episode with ZuP a few months ago, and we had such a great time we had to invite him back to talk more about his experiences this past year as a DJ for the local hip hop scene and playing his own mixes, too! In his words, he's been a pain in the ass his entire life and staying true to the brand, so this was naturally a very fun episode to record.
Then we get a little deep and talk about his newly released track with ZuP and James Begin, "Glizzys", and how he has found himself on a mental wellness journey that has inspired a new mantra.
