You know that moment when your healing journey starts to feel heavy?

Like you’ve been journaling, meditating, shadow-working your ass off. And somehow still feel stuck? Or even like things are getting worse?

Yeah. That was me. I was compulsively focused on healing, which made me think I was broken. And that ain't it!!!!

In this episode, I share the story of when I realized I’d become addicted to healing. It was right after I lost an IUD inside my body (yep, lost), had surgery for fibroids, and watched them grow right back. Like my body was screaming: “you can’t fix what you won’t feel.

That was the moment everything changed. I moved from panic to purpose, from control to surrender, from obsessively “working on myself” to actually living as myself.

In this episode I go deep on:

  • How healing can quietly become a form of avoidance
  • Why your nervous system can literally get addicted to processing
  • What it means to stop identifying with the “wounded self”
  • How to move from endless shadow work into integration and embodiment
  • And the exact moment I realized: I wasn’t healing anymore, I was hiding.

This one’s raw, real, and probably not what you’ve heard before.

It’s not about giving up on healing. It’s about remembering what healing is for.

If you’ve ever wondered why your “inner work” doesn’t feel like it’s working anymore, this episode will change how you see everything.
