This Billy Martin is a 3rd generation Georgetowner and a 4th generation restauranteur - who took over this iconic spot with his wife Gina almost 25 years ago.

Martin’s Tavern is truly a marvel. Since William S Martin and his son William G Martin opened Martins Tavern in this exact location on N and Wisconsin, Martin’s has been a go-to spot for Washington’s movers and shakers, Hollywood stars, Broadway legends, and regular folks like us!
