In the early 1980s, a quiet mountain town in northern California became the setting for one of the most unsettling mysteries the state has ever seen. Inside a small family cabin, something happened that no one could quite make sense of. What unfolded that night left investigators grasping for answers, and even now, decades later, the full truth still feels just out of reach.
