AI is being used to replace senior engineers, but it's not working, says Andrew Keen. Keen: Senior engineers use AI to remove friction and accelerate decisions. Juniors, without the experience to reason about outputs, often use it to cover gaps in understanding. It’s not incompetence , it’re the system setting them up to fail.
