Neil Woods is a former undercover narcotics police officer-turned pro-drugs activist. During his career he worked undercover in some of Britain's most dangerous gangs and had his life hanging by a thread on multiple occasions. After years in the force, he realised that the War on Drugs was futile, and now believes in the scrapping of drug prohibition. This is Mad That.
