Thank you for all of your support. Please let us know what you think about our podcast and what topic you may want to hear from us. Leaders, Lead Well!

Leadership, when it counts, is less about bravado, more about belief. Major Dick Winters was a highly respected leader known for his calm, decisive, and principled approach to leadership. Major Winters was a man who led with conviction, composure, and quiet strength through some of World War II’s fiercest battles. His leadership wasn’t loud—it was principled, even when under fire.

As the commander of Easy Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, he led his men through some of the most intense battles of World War II, including D-Day, Operation Market Garden, and the Battle of the Bulge. Major Winter's leadership style was built on leading from the front, earning respect through competence and character, and fostering teamwork and trust.

Simply put, leadership isn't defined in the calm—it’s forged in the storm.

Join Rich and Maikel as we explore what it means to lead when it counts, and how Winters’ legacy offers a timeless blueprint for today’s executives navigating the fog of uncertainty on this episode of Mainline Executive Coaching ACT.
