A lecture and Q&A took place at Dalhousie University last night. It was called, "Louise Langdon, Garvey, and Malcolm X: Unraveling the Canadian Links to Global Black Liberation”. The main person who spoke at the lecture was Erik McDuffie. Erik is an associate professor of African American Studies and History at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He dropped into the Mainstreet Living Room and spoke with guest host, Alex Guye.

This conversation does include reference to racism, and sexual violence -- so please listen with care.
