Burnout happens gradually, not overnight. You can feel burnout in your work, training, and life in a variety of different ways. In this episode, I talk about the signs of burnout, because being aware of what's going on is the first step. Lastly, I cover some initial steps you can take to help manage the burnout and get you feeling a bit better.
