You recorded your podcast episode for the week, but now it's time for the actual production part, which you dread doing. Between editing, scheduling, and writing show notes, you feel like you spend way too much time producing your weekly episodes.

What if producing your podcast didn't have to take hours each week? What if you could produce your weekly episodes, dedicating no more than an hour each week? It's definitely possible when you have a streamlined podcast workflow. Listen to today's episode as I take you behind the scenes of how I consistently publish 2 solo episodes weekly.

PS, I did end up timing my post-production process and it took me an hour per episode to:

  • Edit the raw audio
  • Schedule the episode
  • Create and schedule 3 Pinterest pins
  • Create the graphics for the show notes
  • Write and schedule the show notes
  • Create the pretty link for the episode

Listen to the episode to get the tea on my podcast workflow!

In this episode, you will learn:

  • Why consistency with your podcast matters when you're podcasting for your business
  • A complete breakdown of my podcast workflow, including content planning, recording, and post production
  • An overview of the tools I use to produce my podcast
