I’m excited to share the plans for Mastering Encompass® in 2025! We’re launching a brand-new community website that will make it easier than ever to collaborate, share resources, and navigate with an improved user experience. Our workshops are also getting a refresh—starting next year, they’ll be held every other Tuesday (1st and 3rd Tuesdays) and will cover topics like technology and workflow reviews, best practices for users and personas, enhanced conditions, and leveraging third-party technologies.
I also walk you through how to integrate the native mobile app with Consumer Connect, including customization for workflows, QR code functionality, and ways to enhance borrower engagement. Plus, I tackle some important compliance questions, like whether January 9th should be recognized as a non-business day.
