When pursing the next-level of training for your athletes, determining the most valuable and effective methods, it's important to have a few big connecting themes. This brings clarity into defining what to pursue and what avoid in training.

As the main training qualities (strength, speed, etc.) are all more similar than dissimilar, we need all facets of the training program working together. Common themes bring alignment to all decisions from executing individual training sessions, to planning recovery days, to weekly, monthly, and even annual periodization.
