In today's episode, Bonnie and Mallika discuss the frame/tool "Fork In The Road."
This tool helps us catch the moment where we "fall off the horse" and start suffering more.
At the fork-in-the-road we have an opportunity to check with ourselves, and ask, "Am I having any fun right now?"
And if not, we might take a different path that helps us have more fun.
The "Fork-In-The-Road" skill allows us to access possible choices that will reduce our suffering, or maybe even get us out of it.
