An interesting talk show between people of different ages and from different countries of the world. The talk show was very long so I have divided it into 3 parts. I am sharing also written answer to my question of Nadia from the USA who was unable to participate in the show. Introduction: My name is Nadia. I live in Massachusetts, USA. 1. Covid-19 is caused by a Coronavirus. It is spread mainly through close contact from person to person. It is highly contagious and can be spread even when a person may not be experiencing any symptoms. It is especially dangerous for older people and those with underlying medical conditions. The novelty of the disease is what is causing so much panic around the world. Although we have had other diseases, for example, the influenza, which also causes many deaths every year (around 50,000 in the US this season), COVID -19 is thought to be extremely contagious making it even more dangerous. When it first started spreading, there were not even enough tests, let alone a vaccine. It was impossible to stop it from spreading. That is why it became very important to implement a lockdown which would force workplaces, schools, universities, shopping areas, and sporting events to close down and force people to stay indoors."
