At 19, he entered Teen Challenge, a faith-based recovery program, where he had a life-changing encounter with God. From that moment on, everything shifted. Chris takes us through his journey of marriage, starting a family, and building a life with his wife. Their faith was tested in unimaginable ways, especially when their daughter Anessa battled cancer not once but twice before even graduating high school. Through it all, Chris and his wife clung to their faith, witnessing God’s hand in their lives. Now a proud father of three and a grandfather, Chris opens up about the lessons he’s learned, the strength found in surrender, and Chris and his wife’s new vision — to start a podcast to help others.
