Three basic rules for parents in the morning to follow to help your child with adhd improve morning behaviors. Note: I have adhd as well so I use notes I create to stay organized and stay on point. I chose to snatch my power back every day. So please excuse my paper noise. I had to laugh at myself refusing to delete an re record. My goal is that you get the message an results. Adjusting and reacting instead of responding to ADHD- No we not doing that.! Mental illness should be a conversation not a secret. Stiletto cheesez
