Cast your mind back to 2002. Any British punk worth their salt at that time would've whiled away hours of their young lives watching music videos by their favourite punk artists, both British and otherwise, on the only TV channel dedicated to punk rock: P-Rock TV.

Such was it's impact, 22 years later, Alex Shipman from Silver Knight Entertainment has made a documentary about it!

Alex joins us in MLPP towers, but she's bought along Mark and Russell, two of the trio behind the now legendary channel!

Join us as we wax lyrical about Whitmore, fart about discussing 4ft Fingers and prepare to be amazed at just how short of a time the channel existed, despite its impact on the scene of the time.

Nostalgia's the order of the day, with songs by DeeCracks, Stupid Brick, Fenix TX, The Clash, Sex Pistols, Green Day, Not Katies and Uncle Brian.
