Fear is something we all experience. It’s your brain’s way of keeping you safe. In the past, fear helped us survive real dangers, like wild animals. But today, our brains can still feel fear even when there’s no real danger, like speaking in front of a group.

Here’s the good news: fear isn’t your enemy. It’s just energy—and energy can be transformed into confidence.

In the first episode of my podcast, Mindspeak Magic for Confidence, I share a simple technique called the Power Pause. This technique uses mindful breathing and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you calm your mind, focus, and turn fear into a feeling of empowerment.
