This week on Moms Night Out, Mandy and Katie are tackling three things currently breaking the internet — grocery budgets, holiday sanity, and childhood memories….

First up: #StruggleMeals. With grocery prices creeping up, the internet is spiraling over what counts as a “struggle meal” — and the answers range from relatable to… deeply concerning. (Looking at you, spaghetti + hot dog + egg.)The ladies break down the top viral picks and debate which ones are genius and which ones are cries for help.

Next they dive into the holiday pressure cooker. Did everyone start Christmas shopping in September?! Mandy and Katie discuss why the stress feels extra heavy this year, whether they’ve actually started buying anything yet, and the beloved Four-Gift Rule that keeps the chaos semi-contained. Plus — the The Gift Scouts shopping timeline is something everyone could benefit from.

Finally, the moms get nostalgic with Internet Then vs. Internet Now. From dial-up tones and AIM away messages to kids complaining about their iPad screen time, Mandy and Katie compare the absolute feral internet they grew up with to the instant-everything world our kids live in today. MapQuest, LimeWire, Ask Jeeves, MySpace Top 8 drama — it’s all here.

It’s a little chaos, a little nostalgia, and a whole lot of “same, girl.” Grab a snack (preferably not spaghetti Napolitan) and come hang with Moms Night Out.
