Hello, mamas! This week, I'm getting real about something we all deal with: triggers. You know that feeling—when your partner is late, your child yells, or someone interrupts you, and suddenly you're hit with a visceral wave of anger, sadness, or shame? It's often not the trigger itself, but "the memory and the limiting belief, the narrative and story that is tied to the trigger."

I'm sharing how I completely transformed my healing process using the Four Foundations of Mindfulness.

I dive into how our bodies react in milliseconds, making us feel that anger boiling beneath the skin. Did you know that if you've lived in survival mode, your amygdala actually grows in size, making you quicker to respond? But that's where the work begins!

This episode is about learning to pause and ask the deep, compassionate questions:

  • What sensations am I carrying in my body right now?

  • What emotions are living here? (Remembering, "I don't allow the shame to trigger me. I notice the shame with tenderness and I soften into it. I understand it.")

  • What memories and stories are truly fueling this anger?

The goal is to move beyond the blame—of your partner, your parents, or your circumstances—and instead create the space to respond to the trigger with love and understanding. Because "when we are able to understand our internal landscape when we're not being triggered, this is gonna help us when we are triggered."

Join me for a powerful discussion on how to dissolve those painful triggers and truly live a liberated, sensual, and unboxed life.
