This week on Moms Unboxed, I'm getting radically honest about the heavy emotional baggage we carry and the resistance that keeps us stuck.

I'm talking about those feelings of stress, overwhelm, and the "crusty, burnt bread" exterior we put up when we're unwilling to soften to the story our body is telling us. If you're constantly busy, avoiding your inner truth, or letting anger shield you from vulnerability, this episode is for you.

I share my powerful experience with Kristen Miller's artwork, "Crushed," which revealed a beautiful truth: though life events may leave us manipulated and disfigured, the gold thread—our inner light, tenacity, and strength—remains solid.

Ignorance is not bliss! I dive deep into why transformation requires us to step out of the dark, take accountability for our past, and start alchemizing that shame and guilt. I also challenge you to stop putting on the "brave face" for your family and instead, welcome them into the vulnerable, messy, but ultimately liberating process of healing.

You are still you through the healing journey. It's time to release the unwholesome parts and actively weave your gold thread with others. You have the power within you to decide who you want to be. I love you, and I know healing is possible—are you ready to stand with me?
