treatsure is an imaginative startup on a mission to turn surplus food into everyday treasure. Founded in 2017 after its co-founder witnessed perfectly good food being discarded at home, treatsure was created to reimagine how society approaches food waste.

Believing that technology can unlock smarter, more sustainable consumption, the team launched Singapore’s first mobile platform that connects businesses with surplus or expiring food to consumers who can enjoy them at a value.

In 2018, treatsure introduced the region’s first buffet-in-a-box concept, allowing users to visit participating hotels and restaurants, purchase a box through the app, and handpick food directly from buffet lines, giving new life to food that would otherwise go to waste.
