Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.
It’s been a wild year and some of us are burnt out, especially Meg. Today we’re talking about burn out. How do you know you’re burnt out and what can you do about it? Let’s have an open conversation about a “taboo” topic.
Also, a few of us have some new bling and someone has a new ride! Big bright spots this week!

Remember, check on your strong friends and don’t judge your behind the scenes to someone else’s highlight reels. We’ll all get through this together.

Resources:

  • If you need someone to talk to or you’re thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to someone. The suicide prevention hotline is there to help. 800-273-8255
  • Here’s the song we referenced - if you’re going through hell, keep going! (Winston Churchill said it first, by the way)
