This episode is all about role models and how they show us what’s possible long before we’re ready to believe it for ourselves.

I talk about the first time, I had a role model before I even knew what the concept what. Watching the "big girls" (the older girls) at dance. They had better costumes, bigger energy, boobies (let’s be honest), confidence, power and moves that made me think, oh… that’s where I could go.

Remember comparison is not the thief of joy always, its obsession. The healthy kind of comparison gives us direction.

  • It shows you the precedent.
  • It shows you the path.
  • It shows you the version of you that you haven’t stepped into yet.

Role models inspire and sometimes they become mentors and teachers. A teacher helps us save our time and take the short cut.

And when you start dancing, it’s the same thing: The veterans of the class become the blueprint. The teacher becomes the mentor. You learn simply by being in the room with people who know a little more than you.

In this episode, I go over:

⭐️ What role models make possible for you

⭐️ How comparison can guide you instead of crush you

⭐️ Why mentors help you save time

⭐️ The five people you spend the most time with affects who you become

⭐️ The moment you start becoming a role model yourself

⭐️ And the full circle cycle: You learn from someone…then you grow…

and one day you become that person for someone else, without even knowing it.

People watch your work ethic, your responsibility, your discipline, your joy…

and you create a ripple you might never fully see.
