Rob Gray is an Associate Professor of Human Systems Engineering at Arizona State University where he works to answer many of the questions about how we learn to move.

Rob has a diverse background where he's worked with Nissan Motor Corp, the US Air Force, serving as an expert witness for driving accident cases, and consultant in roles with several sports teams and organizations.

In 2015, he started the Perception & Action Podcast. With over 350 episodes and 2 million downloads, it has helped enhance movement science in areas including coaching, talent development, training, and rehabilitation.

He also has a book titled: How We Learn to Move: A Revolution in the Way We Coach & Practice Sports Skills.
