This week, we dive into the energy of gratitude, family traditions, healing, and the kind of holiday magic that hits a little deeper this year.

Strap in for my rant about the world skipping straight from Halloween to Christmas, reminisce about Thanksgiving Eve, and reflect on the sweet, chaotic, spirit-filled moments that make it on the gratitude list for this year.

Then we switch gears and get into the Mostly Aligned approved Guide to Surviving Thanksgiving Dinner — the healed-era edition. From energetic boundaries to escape plans to carrying crystals like emotional support snacks, let's get into how to stay grounded, peaceful, and in your power when dinner gets… interesting.

So grab your favorite bevy, settle in, and let’s begin!

PS: As promised here is the list

Thanksgiving Dinner Survival List: Mostly Aligned Edition

  1. Set your intention/energetic boundaries before the turkey hits the table.
  2. Know your family and based on that pick your seat. (if possible).
  3. Bring a distraction.
  4. Be mindful with the drinks.
  5. Keep your gratitude list close, and your off limits list closer.
  6. Protect your energy like it’s the last scoop of Mac and cheese.
  7. Exit strategy/last resort.
  8. Carry a crystal
  9. All in all, eat, smile, breathe, and remember this is only once a year
