MAKING MEGAFORCE examines the personal impact of the film "Megaforce" on director Bob Lindenmayer. The original film, directed by Hal Needham (Smokey & the Bandit, Cannonball Run) was originally released in the summer of 1982 and was intended to be a stunt spectacle. Unfortunately, the movie's box office and critical reception didn't match the expectations of star Barry Bostwick (Rocky Horror Picture Show) or producer Al Purdy (The Godfather). MAKING MEGAFORCE takes you behind the making and so much more. It examines the fandom, the vehicles and the friendship between Bostwick and Lindenmayer as Bob fulfills a childhood dream.
