On October 10, 1984, a fire raged through an Ole's Home Center in South Pasadena, California. Sparked from a homemade delay device, the blaze quickly destroyed the building and killed four people trapped inside. For the next seven years, LA would see an unusually high number of arson fires until the shocking arrest of John Orr.
