Stephen “Hustle” Hudson is a Washington, D.C. native and innovative force in music, television, and entertainment business. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

With over a decade of experience in the music and television industries, Hudson is the founder of GameOnRecords and Level3 Media & Entertainment. He is currently producing Viral Stardom, a groundbreaking TV talent competition in production.

Dedicated to fostering connection and opportunity within the entertainment world, Hudson launched the National Network of Entertainment Professionals (NNEP), a dynamic platform for creatives at all levels to share ideas, resources, and opportunities. Under NNEP, Student Studios provides aspiring filmmakers and students—particularly those facing financial challenges or crew shortages—a chance to collaborate, learn, and create.

Beyond his professional work, Hudson is committed to community service, volunteering with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), The NAACP, and The Red Cross, believing that a well-balanced life is key to sustainable success.
